When contacting me, I store your full name, email, phone number and medical details for the sole purpose of communicating with you as it pertains to our patient / practitioner relationship, and in fulfilling my role as your chosen Medical Herbalist.

This type of data is anonymised and comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you. It is gathered for the purposes of analysing aggregate data to better understand how the website is used and which pages are of most interest.Storage of information and security measures
The personal data I collect can be both digital and paper. All paperwork is kept in a locked, secure location. All digital data is held on devices with appropriate security measures in place. All email communications are conducted using a mail service with end-to-end encryption. Appropriate security measures are in place to protect personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.Retention
It is a legal requirement that I keep patient records for 8 years after cessation of treatment or death. In the case of children and young people records are retained until their 25th birthday, or 26th if the young person was 17 at the conclusion of treatment, or 8 years after death.Your Rights
